From conception to production!
Building a prototype is a lot of work!  (We've learned that the hard way!)  So we've pulled all
the pieces together to eliminate the time consuming, and frankly, boring part, of developing a
new product.  In addition, we'll save you a lot of money!  No major NRE charges, no custom
tooling or machining issues (OK, so you might have to drill a hole or two, we can't think of
everything).  Lead times are measured in hours not months.

Each PDK comes with:
  • LCD display module
  • membrane Keypad
  • Prototype board, assembled and tested
  • an enclosure, pre-machined to hold it all together
  • mounting hardware such as screws, stand-offs etc
  • sample firmware

All you need to do is add whatever custom ICs, relays, sensors your project requires, screw
the board into the case and mount the LCD and you're ready to start writing your code.

You can even print your own custom logo's, key labels etc and slide the placard into the
pocket on the back of the membrane keypad.  Then just peel off the paper backing and stick
the keypad down on the enclosure.

You might have to drill a hole for a custom cable etc, but we didn't want to take all the fun
away!

What about production?
PDKs are perfect for short run production products! The ability to print your own placards will
give your product a professional look and feel without spending a fortune on custom keypads.

For larger runs, we can provide custom keypads, colored cases etc at a much more
reasonable price than starting from scratch.  Call for details: 303-926-9053.

In addition, we can fully customize the PCB to include your proprietary components!  We can
then provide Gerber files, blank PCBs or assembled and tested boards; your choice.

We found that most assembly houses aren't interested in building less than 500
units at a time; so we bought our own automated surface mount assembly line and
can build your customized PDK at very competitive rates.  Contact us for details.
