Policies and other boring stuff

We have the "we hate spam" Privacy Policy. Therefore, we never sell, rent, or give your information

to anyone, not even your mother! We only ask for your phone number when placing an order in case

of a question or problem when processing or shipping your order. Your email address is required so

we can send you your order confirmation and tracking information once your order ships. Please be

aware that without the phone or email address information, we may be unable to contact you

regarding your order, thus causing a delay in processing or shipping of your order.

Shipping

We will ship via UPS, Fedex, or US Mail, your choice. Call if you have some other requirement.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. We will contact you

immediately if there is a delay.

Minimum order is $25. All orders under $250 will be charged a $7.00 handling fee plus actual

shipping.

Returns:

If you open your PDK, take a look and realize that it just isn't want you thought it would be

(or your marketing guy has changed his mind, what a surprise), send it back for a refund,

less shipping and handling.

Obviously, this is a prototype development product and we have no

control over what you're going to do with it. Therefore, JEM Innovation

Inc., will grant a 30 day parts and labor warranty for products bought

under this agreement. JEM does not grant, and the products are not

subject to, any warranty, whether expressed or implied, of merchantability

and fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall JEM be liable or

responsible to the customer, or any permitted successor or assignee, for

any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages

arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the

products, or any enhancements, modifications or updates thereto.

In addition, once you solder parts down, machine additional holes, install

the keypad or program the processor, you MAY NOT return it.
